BISMARCK, N.D. (October 23, 2017) — The University of Mary is pleased to announce a groundbreaking new program in Catholic Philanthropy in partnership with the Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS).

Mutually recognizing a critical need to train and equip a new generation of development professionals, the University of Mary and FOCUS are offering a graduate-level program in Catholic Philanthropy to provide vitally needed education in fundraising and development for the good of the Church and its many and varied apostolates.

This new program offers both a graduate certificate in Catholic Philanthropy and a full MBA program with a concentration in Catholic Philanthropy.

The first cohort in Catholic Philanthropy will begin certificate coursework in the summer of 2018. The early application deadline for this inaugural cohort is Dec. 15. All degrees will be offered primarily online with some limited on-campus requirements.

In addition to this exciting new program, the University of Mary also offers a Saint Charles Borromeo 50 percent tuition scholarship to any diocesan bishop in the U.S. wishing to send one or more priests to the university for a master’s degree in education, bioethics or business. All programs are offered in fidelity to Church teaching.
